SACRAL CHAKRA (Svadhisthana)

The Sacral Chakra is the second chakra in the body’s energy system.
In Sanskrit, it is called Svadhisthana, which is often translated as
“one’s own dwelling place” or “the seat of the self.”
It is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel, and is connected to your sense of feeling, pleasure, creativity, intimacy, and emotional flow.
Think of it like this:
The Sacral Chakra is the part of your energy that asks: • Am I allowed to feel? • Can I experience pleasure without guilt? • Do I trust my emotions as guidance? • Am I open to connection, intimacy, and receiving?
The Sacral Chakra is your energetic center of creation and experience : the place where life is not just survived, but felt, enjoyed, and expressed.
It governs: your emotional body your sensuality and sexuality your creative life force your ability to give and receive pleasure your capacity to be in flow rather than control
If the Root Chakra says: “I am safe to be here” The Sacral Chakra says: “I am safe to feel and experience life.”
