SACRAL CHAKRA (Svadhisthana)
The Sacral Chakra is the second chakra in the body’s energy system.
In Sanskrit, it is called Svadhisthana, which is often translated as
“one’s own dwelling place” or “the seat of the self.”
It is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel, and is connected to your sense of feeling, pleasure, creativity, intimacy, and emotional flow.
