Embodied integration work with Elayne addresses the gap between healing and living. Elayne works with clients at this specific threshold, supporting the translation of inner shifts into outer reality. This includes developing boundaries as natural expressions of wholeness rather than effortful rules, cultivating the capacity to speak truth in relationships and situations that previously demanded silence, making aligned decisions from the body's intelligence rather than the mind's old conditioning, and navigating the particular disorientation that often follows spiritual awakening or deep healing.
