Freeze, overwhelm, shutdown: these are not failures of will. They are the nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do, holding what could not be processed at the time. The body stores what the mind could not complete.
Somatic healing creates the conditions for the body to finally finish what it started. Not through force or understanding, but through sensation, breath, presence, and the intelligence the body has always carried.

Through multi-dimensional healing, Elayne works simultaneously with the physical body, the emotional body, the light-body, and the chakra system to identify and resolve the root causes of suffering at every level.
This is not energy healing as a complement to medicine. This is a complete, distinguished system of healing that addresses the dimensions of experience that conventional approaches cannot reach.
Elayne works with the body as a complete healing intelligence. Physical sensations and emotions are not separate signals, they are the body's twin language, each offering a layer of information that the mind alone cannot access. Through somatic attunement, Elayne helps clients identify where stress cycles are incomplete, where the nervous system is stuck in patterns of protection, and what the body needs to release in order to return to its natural state of aliveness. This includes breath and release practices, working with freeze and dissociation, somatic completion of unfinished emotional experiences, and the ongoing practice of learning to listen to and trust the body's own signals as guidance. The body is not the problem. It is the path.
This work is open to beginners and advanced practitioners alike. No prior spiritual background or experience with energy healing is required. Elayne meets every client exactly where they are.
